By accessing Nutriologos Online, you enter a professional agreement governed by the following definitions. Our services constitute nutritional consultation and educational guidance based on clinical evidence.
Professional Boundary
Our practitioners provide nutritional management. We do not diagnose medical conditions, perform physical examinations, or prescribe pharmaceutical medication.
User Responsibility
Clients must provide accurate health history. Nutriologos Online is not liable for outcomes resulting from undisclosed pre-existing medical conditions.

Consultation Delivery
Services are conducted via encrypted Zoom Healthcare or Microsoft Teams platforms. Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable and private internet connection.
Cancellations & Refunds
We maintain a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. Appointments rescheduled or cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a 100% service fee.
Medical Clearance
Clients managing chronic conditions (Diabetes, PCOS, Hypertension) must maintain regular contact with their primary physician. Our plans support, but do not replace, medical treatment.

Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.

All nutritional guides, customized recipes, and educational materials provided remain the intellectual property of Nutriologos Online and are for personal use only.
Limitation of Liability
Nutriologos Online shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or unique damages arising from the implementation of nutritional recommendations without medical supervision.
